US President Donald Trump has hit back at Canada’s retaliatory tariffs on US products saying they were ‘foolish’ to think they could win a trade war with him. Trump also posted on his social media platform that Canada was trying to get the ‘benefits of being a State, without being one’. On Saturday Canadian Prime Minister Mark Carney told reporters that the US and Canada were engaged in a trade war, saying ‘you are at war when you get attacked’.
