Qatar News Agency released video on Monday said to show Iranian drones and missiles being intercepted and destroyed over Qatar. According to Associated Press Qatar’s defense ministry said its air defense systems had intercepted 17 ballistic missiles and 6 drones without any casualties on Monday. Iran has fired more drones and missiles at Israel and Gulf Arab countries as it keeps up pressure on the Middle East in a war that has sent oil prices surging and stunned global economies. In addition to firing missiles and drones at Israel and at American bases in the region, Iran has also been targeting energy infrastructure which, combined with its stranglehold on the Strait of Hormuz, sent oil prices soaring.
