President Trump says the U.S. and Iran are close to working out a deal to open the Strait of Hormuz. He announced on social media that a broad agreement to end the conflict has been largely negotiated. It apparently would allow for an immediate reopening of the strait. But, sources tell ABC News that Iran has not signed on yet, and there’s no guarantee they will do so.
