🔴 ‘Powerless’ Iran may have to agree to US deal as regime faces ‘open revolt’ from army

Republican strategist John Jordan discusses US President Donald Trump’s announcement that a deal with Iran is set to be signed in a matter of days and explains why this time, the situation is different. “I think this is completely different; this is unlike anything that’s ever happened to Iran before,” he told Sky News Australia. “Before, they were always able to bully or talk their way out of this … this time, there’s a figurative gun to their head – they can’t pay their bills. “They were looking at open revolt by the population, and probably from elements of their security services and their army as well, so they really didn’t have a choice.”
