He says the framework would include reopening the Strait of Hormuz and end conflicts across multiple fronts, while stressing no memorandum has yet been signed. Multiple sources say a final text is agreed in principle, with Pakistan confirming both sides are coordinating next steps and US officials expressing confidence a signing could come within days.
