Protest Rally Against Media Silence – London

20 weeks have passed since the #Islamic_Republic began its campaign of violence, repression, and brutality against the people of Iran, simply for demanding the right to choose their own future.

20 weeks of standing together.
20 weeks of shouting for freedom.

But this week, we gather once again to remind the world that the people of Iran have been denied access to the internet for more than two months, and in this forced silence, more innocent lives are being taken through executions carried out away from the eyes of the world.

Meanwhile, free media outlets such as the BBC, which should stand on the side of truth, have remained silent in the face of these brutal executions.

We are here to condemn this silence.
We are here to make sure the crimes, executions, and brutality of the Islamic Republic do not remain hidden in darkness and silence.

اما این هفته، ما بار دیگر کنار هم جمع خواهیم شد تا به دنیا یادآوری کنیم که مردم ایران بیش از دو ماه است از دسترسی به اینترنت محروم‌اند و در این خاموشی اجباری، هر روز انسان‌های بیشتری در سکوت اعدام می‌شوند.

در حالی که رسانه‌های آزادی مانند BBC، که باید صدای حقیقت باشند، نسبت به این اعدام‌های وحشیانه سکوت کرده‌اند.

ما اینجا هستیم تا این سکوت را محکوم کنیم.
