Iran’s new Supreme Leader has released a statement read out on the state TV, marking the Persian New Year festival. This is the third written statement from Mojtaba Khamenei, who has not yet made a public appearance since taking over after the death of his father. The Iranian Supreme Leader also denied any involvement in the attacks on Oman and Turkey, attributing responsibility instead to Israel.
