On LCI, Reza Pahlavi, the eldest son of the last Shah of Iran, Crown Prince, and leader of the Iranian opposition, asserted that the Iranian regime has not fallen despite the elimination of its key figures: “What regime change? It’s the same people at the head of parliament and the judiciary. For us, it’s not a regime change.” “It is this regime that is responsible for bringing our country to the point where we have had to suffer attacks from the Israelis and Americans,” he added. “We must continue to strike the regime. It is not the country that is being targeted, it is the regime. Targeting the regime is not targeting the country,” he insisted to David Pujadas.
