Jewish News Syndicate Editor-in-Chief Jonathan Tobin claims it is not in Iran’s “interest” to continue the war with the United States. “Clearly, it is not in Iran’s interest … if you’re speaking of the Iranian people, it’s not in their interest, it was never in their interest,” Mr Tobin told Sky News Digital Reporter Gabriella Power. “They’re dealing with a different sort of customer in Trump, and they don’t like it, and they keep, you know, holding on, expecting him to fold as Obama did, and as Biden was always prepared to do, but he’s not going to do it. “He has invested so much political capital in this effort … I think they’re wrong if they think he’s going to back down, no matter the price of gas, no matter, you know, it’s potential impact on the midterm elections in November.”
