In Los Angeles, Iran’s football team are hours away from taking to the pitch for their opening World Cup match.
They’re playing in a city home to the biggest population of Iranians outside Iran. Many of them fled their homeland after the Islamic Revolution and vehemently opposed the regime – and any deal by President Trump that would keep it in place.
