Iran’s central military command says it will close the Strait of Hormuz. It says the move is in response to Israel’s attacks on southern Lebanon. In a statement to Iran’s state media, the military command says the Strait will be closed to vessel traffic due to the ceasefire being violated. Reuters is reporting US Vice President JD Vance has told Fox News there is no evidence the Strait is being closed.
