One provision of the memorandum of understanding between the U.S. and Iran signed Wednesday states the U.S. and its partners will ensure Iran has access to at least $300 billion for the purpose of economic recovery. Council on Foreign relations president emeritus Richard Haass blasts the deal, telling Morning Joe: “In a way, we’re going to be providing the means for Iran to reestablish its ability to threaten, not just its own people, but Israel and its Arab neighbors.”
