US President Donald Trump urged Israel not to strike back after Iran launched missiles into northern Israel. The strikes were retaliatory to Israel’s deadly strike on Beirut earlier in the day. Mr Trump commented on the situation to Axios, saying the “Iranian strikes didn’t hurt anybody. Hopefully Israel is not going to retaliate”. ”We are very close to a final deal with Iran, I don’t want it to blow up because of what is happening now.”
