US Vice President JD Vance said the Iran MoU was signed digitally on Sunday but no money would be released until it performs its obligations. “This is a performance-based thing. If we see Iranians, for example, taking action to eliminate their stockpile of enriched material, then yes sanctions relief will follow,” he told ABC’s Good Morning America.
