Three Thai sailors remain missing in the Strait of Hormuz after Iranian missiles struck their Mayuree Naree cargo ship. The Thai government is pleading with Tehran to allow a rescue mission to locate the crew members, as Thai Foreign Minister Sihasak Phuangketkeow says Bangkok has not been able to contact them. The vessel’s owner Precious Shipping PCL has maintained all safety measures were in place when the ship attempted to pass through the blocked shipping lane.
