US President Donald Trump has received a red carpet welcome as he landed in Beijing ahead of talks with Chinese counterpart Xi Jinping. Tesla CEO Elon Musk and Apple chief Tim Cook are in the US delegation to China. The Iran war is expected to dominate discussions between the two superpowers as China would likely ask for US concessions on Taiwan in return for help to reopen the Strait of Hormuz.
