هممیهنان عزیز خارج از کشور، تصویری که شما در گردهماییهای «روز جهانی اقدام» در سراسر جهان به نمایش گذاشتید، تصویر واقعی ایران بود؛ تصویری باشکوه از صلحجویی، فرهنگ، تمدن، نظم و قانونمداری ایرانی؛ در نقطه مقابل تروریسم، عقبماندگی، خشونت، هرجومرجطلبی و افراطیگری جمهوری اسلامی. در روزها و هفتههای پیش رو که هممیهنان ما در ایران، چشمانتظار کمک جهانی هستند، وظیفه ما این است که مطمئن شویم این کمک از راه خواهد رسید. از این رو، پیام شما به سیاستمداران و تصمیمگیران کشورهای میزبانتان بسیار روشن است: آنها که مانع از کمکرسانی به مردم ایران شوند رای و حمایت جامعه بزرگ ایرانیان خارج از کشور را نخواهند داشت، نه امروز و نه در آینده. من از همه شما میخواهم که همچنان، نمایندگان شایسته ملت ایران باشید؛ مصمم و استوار، بابرنامه و باوقار، همچون «روز جهانی اقدام» به پیش بروید؛ چشم از هدف اصلی برندارید؛ از رفتارهایی که در شان ملت بزرگ ایران نیست، بپرهیزید؛ و اجازه ندهید حاشیهها و حاشیهسازان شما را از پیمودن مسیر پیروزی منحرف کنند.

Dear compatriots abroad, The image you displayed at the Global Day of Action gatherings around the world was the true face of Iran—a magnificent image of peacefulness, culture, civilization, order, and respect for the law; in complete contrast to the terrorism, backwardness, violence, chaos-seeking, and extremism of the Islamic Republic. In the days and weeks ahead, as our compatriots inside Iran look to the world for help, it is our duty to ensure that this help actually arrives. Therefore, your message to the politicians and decision-makers in your host countries is very clear: those who obstruct assistance to the people of Iran will not have the vote or support of the vast Iranian diaspora community—neither today nor in the future. I ask all of you to continue being worthy representatives of the Iranian nation: determined and steadfast, organized and dignified. Keep moving forward just as you did on the Global Day of Action. Do not take your eyes off the main goal. Avoid any behavior unworthy of the great Iranian nation. And do not allow distractions or troublemakers to divert you from the path to victory.
