Doubts are growing over the future of the US-Iran peace deal. Many Israelis are particularly skeptical because they feel that the war’s goals have not been fully achieved. With the nuclear threat from Iran unresolved and relations between Israel and the US seemingly in tatters, Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu may have to navigate the political fallout in October’s elections. DW News spoke with Arab-Israeli journalist and politician Aida Touma-Suleiman, who’s been a member of the Knesset for the Hadash party since 2015.
