TBN Israel’s Yair Pinto and Mati Shoshani report on the Israel-Iran and regional war.
ISRAEL UNDER ATTACK: Iran launched dozens of ballistic missiles toward Israel after the strike in Beirut’s Dahiyeh, triggering alerts across wide areas of the country. According to the IDF, most of the missiles were intercepted, but the message from Tehran is clear: the ceasefire is cracking, and Israel is back under direct attack from Iran.
IRAN: In response, the Israeli Air Force struck military targets in western and central Iran, including reported strikes on drone production sites, air defense components, radar systems, and strategic infrastructure. Israel also struck a sensitive petrochemical facility in Mahshahr, sending a direct warning to Tehran that energy and industrial targets can now be part of the price Iran pays for attacking Israel.
LEBANON: The strike in Beirut’s Dahiyeh appears to have hit a highly sensitive Hezbollah target, triggering a broader reaction from Iran and the Houthis. In southern Lebanon, IDF forces continue operating against Hezbollah’s underground terror infrastructure, including the complex exposed beneath the Beaufort area, while Israel insists it will not allow anyone to restrict its freedom of action against threats on its borders.
REGIONAL WAR: The Houthis have now joined the escalation, firing ballistic missiles toward Israel and declaring that Israeli ships in the Red Sea will be targeted. At the same time, air routes across Iran, Iraq, and Syria were disrupted, Iraq suspended air traffic, and regional concern is rising over possible attacks on U.S. bases and shipping lanes.
GAZA / HOME FRONT: Israel has suspended humanitarian aid crossings into Gaza until further notice due to the security situation and Iranian missile fire. The IDF is also mobilizing reserve battalions to strengthen the home front, reinforce border areas, and support response efforts at impact sites inside Israel.
WHAT’S NEXT: Yair Pinto and Mati Shoshani break down the central question: did Israel’s strike in Dahiyeh expose Iran’s most sensitive pressure point — Hezbollah — and is Israel now moving from deterrence to strategic price collection against the Iranian regime itself?
